Hand in of all artwork: Sunday 18th November 10-5pm
Hand delivering? Please bring your work to 17 Carlton House Terrace, London (the back of the Mall Galleries) between 10am and 5pm.
Posting? Please make sure your work arrives at 17 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1 between Mon 12th and Fri 16th Nov (please note there is no postal delivery on Saturdays).
Selection Notification: 2pm, Wednesday 21st November.
On HAND IN day, a registration number (R number) eg. R200, is given to each work submitted and written on your Entry Form.
If you have your R numbers please look online from 2pm.
If you don't have your R numbers they will be emailed to you on Wednesday morning.
If your Registration number does not appear, your work has not been accepted this time.
Judging and Awards Notification: 5pm, Tuesday 27th November
Private view for Clients and Friends: Wednesday 28th November 10-5pm (open to the public 5-8pm)
Official Opening and Award Ceremony: 3pm, Thursday 29th November
Exhibition closes: 1pm, Sunday 9th December
